The Fence that flew. Larch, painted. Dimensions variable. Installation at the Afan Argoed Countryside Park. |
|
| I work
in a wide range of materials and am interested in their physical
properties and ability to embody ideas. For some time I have focussed on
water and associated ideas
of duality, altered states and the symbolic and spiritual
connections found in all cultures. New
work will pursue themes of continuity and connection and the unseen
layers buried beneath the landscape and also ideas of disruption,
disconnection and displacement. |
